Stuart’s work as a Casting Director can currently be seen in London on Sister Act (Dominion Theatre), Cabaret (Kit Kat Club/Playhouse Theatre), Fiddler on the Roof (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre) and Mrs Doubtfire (Shaftesbury Theatre); on the UK tours of & Juliet, Sister Act and Here You Come Again; and in Scotland on The Outrun (Edinburgh Lyceum/Edinburgh International Festival).

Stuart has won four CDG Awards: in 2024 for Best Casting in Regional Theatre for Standing at the Sky’s Edge, in 2023 for Best Casting in Musical Theatre for Cabaret and Best Casting in Regional Theatre for East Is East and in 2021 for Best Casting in Theatre for Cyrano de Bergerac. In 2023 he was featured on The Stage 100 list of the most influential people in British theatre.
